tsg at the big discount store

tsg have recently installed the newly launched promedia agc system at the Big Discount Store in Bradford; the UK home and subsidiary of the trading giant Otto UK which includes Grattan, Freemans and Kalaidoscope home shopping catalogues.

Broadcasting on-screen promotional graphics in three key areas of the store, the system runs to a schedule devised and requested by Clare Thomson Otto UK's Retail Merchandise Manager. tsg created all of the promotional graphics that are shown via the new promedia agc system. We mindfully referred to the feel of the existing print based POS hung throughout the store to ensure viewer familiarity, as well as recommending optimum placement and installation of the five LCD screens.

Clare Thomson commented "We wanted a system that reflected the uniqueness of our stores, so that the local store manager could communicate in store offers to the local customer which is what this system does.”
